Having started her career with the world’s largest beauty conglomerate, the Estée Lauder Companies, she launched and headed the giant’s millennial brands in India (Smashbox cosmetics & Glamglow), spearheading the Go-To-Market strategy, online and offline distribution, and sales, brand and product marketing, new product development, local relevancy initiatives, events and partnership, social and digital media strategy.
She has also worked on the business development and marketing of fragrance brands such as luxury brands like Jo Malone London, Tom Ford Beauty, Ermenegildo Zegna and premium brands like Michael Kors, DKNY & Tommy Hilfiger.
An insightful strategist, she has great understanding of the needs of today’s beauty consumer as well as the needs of beauty brands and brings about her experience, creativity and a collaborative attitude to every project she takes on.
